01. A rights-first marketplace
Independent rights holders retain ownership. Archive Haus facilitates access and licensing and does not claim authorship of uploaded works. Only content with documented permission for the relevant use may be streamed, promoted or licensed.
02. Submission evidence
We require a rights declaration and, where appropriate, source footage, chain-of-title documents, music permissions, contributor releases and a record of prior licenses. Creator handles and source filenames are references only; they are not proof of ownership or affiliation.
03. Different permissions
Permission to show a preview is separate from paid streaming, advertising, downloading, editing and sublicensing. Each use must be covered. An exclusive social-media license needs a specific written grant and a check for conflicting prior commitments.
04. Reports and enforcement
Use the rights-report page to identify the affected work and the legal basis of your claim. Disputed material can be restricted while the claim is investigated. Repeat or serious infringement can result in removal or account termination. Good-faith claims and responses are reviewed; no automatic finding of infringement is implied.
