01. Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, cooling-off periods or remedies for digital services that do not match their description. The operator is Archive Haus in the United States. The applicable consumer framework and market-specific remedies must be confirmed before commercial launch.
02. Access and billing errors
Report duplicate billing, unauthorized charges or paid access that was not delivered. The operator should investigate transaction records and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the accepted contract, including reimbursement where due. A blanket no-refund rule does not apply.
03. Digital-service consent
Where local law permits a change to a withdrawal right when digital supply begins, obtain the required express request, acknowledgment and confirmation before supply. Do not infer this consent from account registration or policy acceptance.
04. Commercial licenses
A separate license order must state delivery requirements and remedies if the file, authority or agreed exclusivity cannot be supplied. A completed license purchase does not waive non-excludable rights. There is no payment or refund transaction in this version.
