01. How earnings arise
Earnings can arise from an agreed allocation of subscription receipts or a separately contracted license sale. Archive Haus is a marketplace and service intermediary, not an employer, investment program or guaranteed-income scheme. There is no payment for recruiting other creators.
02. Before monetization
A creator must complete identity and rights review, provide tax and payment information when required, and accept a written commercial schedule. The schedule must state revenue allocation, all deductions, payout currency, threshold, timing and supported countries. Until that schedule exists, submissions are not monetized and no payout is represented as available.
03. Statements and adjustments
A production service must show collected amounts, the agreed calculation, fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and net payable balance. Pending or reversed payments are not settled income. Any hold must be tied to a documented dispute, verification need or contractual requirement and communicated to the creator.
04. No income guarantee
Results depend on accepted content, demand and completed transactions. We do not guarantee views, sales, monthly income or a payment simply for uploading. Creators are responsible for their own taxes except where the operator must withhold or report by law.
