01. The platform and its role
Archive Haus connects independent video creators, viewers and content buyers. Creators supply their work; Archive Haus provides discovery, access and transaction facilitation. We do not create the uploaded videos or acquire their copyright merely by hosting them. Our role as an intermediary does not remove our own obligations under applicable law.
02. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your account information accurate and your email secure. Viewer registration and creator registration are separate. Email verification alone does not activate a paid subscription, approve a creator, or establish ownership of any work.
03. Two different products
A viewer subscription provides personal streaming access for $15 USD per month. It does not include downloading, redistribution, commercial use or social-media posting. A content license is a separate, individually priced agreement with the rights holder. No license exists until its written scope is accepted and the transaction is confirmed.
04. Acceptable use
Do not upload stolen content, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute videos, impersonate others, manipulate engagement or payments, or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not remove watermarks, attribution or rights notices. We may restrict access and review suspected violations; any mandatory refund and appeal rights remain available.
05. Availability and changes
Individual works may be removed for rights, safety or contractual reasons. We do not promise a fixed catalog size, a particular future video, continuous availability, earnings or audience growth. Material changes to paid terms require notice and any consent required by law; changes do not retroactively expand a purchased license.
06. Responsibility and disputes
Creators remain responsible for the rights and factual statements in their submissions. Archive Haus remains responsible for its own service and representations.
