01. Creator onboarding information
A live creator service may need identity, tax residency, payout details, source files, rights contracts and contributor releases. Collect these only when necessary for a defined purpose through a secure channel. The current registration form asks only for name, email and acknowledgments.
02. Private evidence and public profiles
Rights evidence, identity and payment documents must not be published with a creator profile. Obtain the creator’s agreement to the display name and profile details shown publicly. Restrict internal evidence access to authorized reviewers and service providers.
03. Disclosure and retention
Disclose creator information to buyers only as necessary to establish and perform a license, with an appropriate lawful basis. Financial and rights records may need retention after account closure; document the applicable period and legal basis before production.
04. Shared privacy protections
Read this audience-specific notice with the main Privacy Policy for storage, operator identity, security, provider disclosures, international transfers and applicable data rights. No server collection is active until the operator connects a backend and updates the notices to match actual processing.
