01. Keep your copyright
Uploading does not transfer copyright to Archive Haus. You must own the work or hold explicit written authority for every use you offer. If you represent another person, identify the rights holder and retain your authority to act.
02. Limited platform permission
Once a submission is approved and a creator agreement is accepted, you grant the permissions needed to host, transcode, display previews and stream that submission within the agreed territories and term. Marketing use outside the service requires the permission specified in your agreement. No broader social-media resale or exclusive license is implied.
03. Clear every component
Supply evidence for footage, music, samples, graphics and third-party material, together with necessary model, performer, location and privacy releases. A social-platform download, visible handle, watermark, credit or public URL is not permission. A music license limited to one social network may not cover this platform or a buyer’s use.
04. Revenue and costs
Creators may receive subscription revenue allocations and proceeds from separately agreed content licenses. Revenue share, allocation method, platform and processor fees, taxes, settlement period, minimum payout and payment method must be disclosed and accepted in writing before monetization is enabled. No percentage or minimum income is promised on this site. Uploads, views and registration alone do not create a payment entitlement.
05. Review and removal
Submissions require rights and content review. We may request original files, releases and license documents, reject a submission or suspend disputed material. You can request withdrawal; already granted licenses continue only as their contract permits. Copies may be retained where required for legal claims or financial records.
06. Exclusive deals
Offer exclusive rights only if you can actually grant them and disclose every prior license and encumbrance. Exclusivity must specify rights, channels, territories and duration. Do not offer conflicting rights or promise that a previously public video has never appeared elsewhere.
